Delivery took many week, flowers and stem yellow and not at all like the picture. Seller send a new bunch but they are exactly the same yellow colour. Asking for a refund but seller is not at all open to solve the issue. Very disappointing.

Misleading description. It is 6 flowers not 6 vases. Item also took a while to be delivered.

Seller sent it to the wrong address to start, “fixed the problem”, and still don’t have a package 3 months later. After multiple polite emails on my part and lots of understanding I finally asked for a refund. Seller refused and basically told me it was my problem since the “tracking number says delivered”. Chen is terrible to work with and absolutely does not care about you as the buyer. Don’t buy from her!!!
Please state the facts truthfully, why not tell the truth, after the problem, I have resent the package according to the correct address, and the second package has shown that it was delivered correctly
