The fruits from this variety average 1 oz. each and are larger than most cherry varieties. They are about the same size as a golf ball. Fruits are deep red and perfectly round with with a wonderful sweet flavor that pops in your mouth as you eat them fresh! Fruits are very firm and keep well after harvest. Vines are very productive and show some resistance to disease. This variety is non-hybrid, open-pollinated, which means you can save the seeds from fruits from this variety year after year!

Tomato seeds are often started in an indoor setting in a container approximately 6 to 8 weeks before the last expected frost date in your local area. Fill the container with seed starting soil and sow the tomato seeds about 1⁄8 inch (0.3 cm) into the soil.
A consistently high yielding “old school ‘mater”. Sturdy plants and sturdy fruits. Known for high germination rates, and an easy to grow fruit. This is a fantastic, tasty salad tomato.
