*Note* – The bag can fit 8 fluid ounces. 8oz is the size of the bag. I fill the bag to the top with the tea blend. I really stuff it in there. I cannot guarantee a certain number of ounces in this blend, because the weight of herbs varies. I have found it to be around 5.5 or 6oz – You will get many cups of tea from this!

* If you have an allergy to aspirin, it is possible to have an allergic reaction to the white willow bark in this tea. Willow bark can also interact with certain medications, like blood thinners and beta-blockers. Please consult with your health care practitioner before use of any new herbs/medicines, especially if under the age of 18 or pregnant/nursing.
HOW TO USE
• Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of tea
• Put desired amount in a tea ball or a tea pot with a place to put loose herbs
• Put boiled water over the herbs and cover for 2-4 minutes
• Strain if you need to
• Enjoy! Does not need sweetener, but you may enjoy honey in it
WILLOW FROM A LOCAL TREE
The willow used in the blend came from a willow tree that fell on my friend’s property. The bark was taken off and the inner bark was carefully removed, sliced, and dried. Thankful for this wonderful gift from the earth!
