Garam Masala is a blend of hot spices that may be used to enhance various curry dishes. Our version is different than the classic North Indian type with cardamom. Usually a teaspoon of Garam Masala is added toward end of cooking to bring all flavors together.
Ingredients:
Coriander, Cumin, Chilies, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Cassia, Ginger.
