BUYER BE AWARE. I purchased my item 3 months ago and I still have yet to receive it. It’s been lost since March 3rd and the seller is less than helpful. Even rude. I’ve reached out to Etsy and they were unable to help. I’ve purchased many things on Etsy and I’ve never once had an issue. I will have to take this one as a loss at this point. I would suggest not buying from this shop.

I placed my order with this seller on 2/25/2022 for 1 quantity of the dried Italian ruscus leaf branches for a flower arrangement that I planned to make for a friend. The est. arrival date for the item was 3/26. I first contacted this seller on 3/30 to inquire about the whereabouts of the item and possible replacement. The seller told me that they would check with the shipping company as the package appears to be stuck at the warehouse. I said thank you and did not hear from this seller again until I reached out again on 4/13. At this time, I requested a refund. I wasn’t going to be able to have the flower arrangement gift in time for my friend. The seller said they hadn’t received feedback from the shipping company so far, but guess the package maybe lost & would refund in a few days. I didn’t receive the item or refund.
