Very impressed! I received 5 thriving Flame Willow starts instead of the advertised 4. They arrived a day earlier than expected in a manila envelope containing a large, sealed plastic bag holding the starts. The root portions of the stems were wrapped in still-damp disposable tissues secured by a thin elastic band. This packaging kept both the white roots and the upper green buds strong and healthy. Within 2 hours of placing them in water, both the roots and green buds had actually grown a bit. I’m ordering more starts today from CZGrain and highly recommend this vendor. The information sheet included in the package is very helpful. I’m impressed that a cell phone number was included. Also, CZGrain answered several questions in less than 24 hours on Etsy prior to my purchase.
