With every batch of healing balm I make, I carefully choose organically grown herbs from my very own botanical garden and infuse them in lavish, organic oils for days. This infusion is then blended with local beeswax which is sold to me “dirty”, meaning it is not strained and cleaned. This special beeswax has all the wonderful benefits the bees left behind, mainly propolis, which is a compound the bees make in the hive and has amazing antibacterial properties. It still smells of honey, flowers and sunshine! My family and friends, who have been guinea pigs for all my balms, report back to me the many, many uses they have found for it: insect bites, minor abrasions and cuts, sunburns, chapped lips and tattoo after care. Perhaps you will discover your own unique use. This particular batch is called Gypsy and has a slightly greenish tint due to the infusion of the herbs. (No worries! The tint does not color the skin whatsoever.) High notes are organic sweet basil (anti-microbial, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory) organic calendula (healing and soothing) and the low, mellow notes are….mmmmm, what IS that? Freshly ground organic all spice (pain reliever and increased circulation). Unique and lively, just like you! You’ll receive your choice of either a 1 oz. or .5 oz. tin of healing, soothing balm. A 1 oz. tin is the equivalent of 4 tubes of lip balm, still as portable and way more versatile. If Gypsy is not to your liking, check out the other 4 balms I make but I assure you, you will adore this batch! NOTICE: In hot weather, shipping balms can be tricky! If your balm has liquified and then reformed oddly in the tin, set it in a sunny window to level out. If it’s still a bit soft when you receive it, 10 or 15 minutes in the refrigerator will set it right again. This will not affect the performance at all.
