Organic Acorn Squash
All natural, sourced from a local California farm , no chemicals involved. Green thin skin with yellow mottling, cream-yellow-orange colored flesh, easy to portion out, even easier to remove seeds and prepare.
Most the fruit yield are about 2-2.5 lbs, mature fruits are slower than some varieties but still one of earlier squashes of mid-end summer. Plant with plenty of room to climb or stretch out, makes excellent ground cover to prevent moisture loss; plant with sturdy, tall plants to maximize cubic yield.
